Public testimony by retired Peruvian Air Force Commander Óscar Santa María Huertas concerning his reported April 11, 1980 encounter with an unidentified object at La Joya Air Base. Santa María described the initial observation, the order to intercept the object, the Sukhoi Su-22 pursuit, the firing of 64 rounds of 30-mm ammunition, and the subsequent manoeuvres of the object.
