A witness report submitted shortly after the October 31, 2004, Tinley Park Lights sighting. The witness described three red lights in a triangular formation in the eastern sky and reported that family members also saw the display. The report states that a family member contacted police and was told that many calls about the lights had been received. The witness compared the appearance to the earlier August 21, 2004, sighting.
